Our technology powers ads and sponsorships across Apple Services, including the App Store, Apple News, and MLS Season Pass. Everything we do is designed for trust, connection, and impact: We respect user privacy, integrate advertising thoughtfully into the experience, and deliver value for advertisers of all sizes-from small app developers to big, global brands. Because when advertising is done right, it benefits everyone.
The AdsU team’s mission is to build knowledge and skill to ensure that our clients get the most value from Apple Ads. * Oversee the end-to-end management of Strategic and Global sales onboarding curriculum and ongoing learning paths, including strategy, content maintenance, and coordination with Regional Program Managers for seamless delivery.
* Champion and deliver regional learning programs for Americas-based Strategic and Global teams, encompassing training plan development, facilitation of initiatives (including new hire onboarding and sales competency), and acting as the voice-of-region to product learning Program Managers to align with sales goals.
Preferred Qualifications
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.

Track record of cultivating strong relationships and fostering effective cross-functional collaboration, including with senior leadership.
An organized, methodical personality and excellent communication skills are crucial.

Minimum Qualifications

Proficiency in leading and delivering engaging training sessions to sales and account management teams.
Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent projects from initial planning to successful execution.
