Our client is a leading global financial services organization known for innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence. They are looking to expand their team by bringing on a Senior Application Support Engineer.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$120k - $145k Annually
Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a Senior Application Support Engineer to support and maintain enterprise SaaS applications, with a primary focus on Workday. This role will handle production support, troubleshooting, integrations, incident management, and system improvements across business-critical applications.
Responsibilities of the Senior Application Support Engineer:
  • Support enterprise applications, integrations, and production environments.
  • Troubleshoot application, integration, and data issues.
  • Manage incidents, escalations, and root cause analysis.
  • Support user access, platform administration, and system maintenance.
  • Partner with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Maintain documentation and support procedures.
  • Assist with upgrades, releases, and operational improvements.
Required Experience/Skills fro the Senior Application Support Engineer:
  • 5+ years of application or production support experience.
  • Strong experience supporting Workday Financials and/or HCM.
  • Experience with Workday integrations, EIBs, reporting, and scheduled jobs.
  • Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Senior Application Support Engineer:
  • Salesforce support or administration experience.
  • ITIL knowledge.
  • Experience with SQL, scripting, BI tools, or AWS.
  • Workday Studio or Workday certifications.
  • Financial services industry experience.
