Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing application support for Level 3 (L3) issues in both production and non-production environments. This role requires a strong foundation in Java and React, along with expertise in observability, dashboarding, troubleshooting, and issue triaging. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the stability and performance of our applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide L3 support for application issues in production and non-production environments, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime.
  • Utilize Java and React skills to troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues effectively.
  • Implement observability practices to monitor application performance and identify potential issues proactively.
  • Create and maintain dashboards to visualize application metrics and performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with development teams to triage issues, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
  • Document troubleshooting processes, solutions, and best practices for future reference.
  • Participate in root cause analysis to identify underlying issues and prevent recurrence.
  • Assist in the deployment and configuration of applications in various environments.
  • Provide training and support to junior team members as needed.

Mandatory Skills:
