Job Summary:
INSPYR Solutions is a national expert in delivering flexible technology and talent solutions. They are seeking an Application Support Engineer to manage customer-facing application support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution of support tickets.
Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day application support and customer-reported issues
• Own support tickets from intake to resolution
• Investigate issues by reviewing application behavior, code, and data
• Identify required database or application changes to resolve requests
• Write and execute small code updates or scripts
• Communicate clearly with customers on issue status and resolution
• Document resolutions and maintain run tickets
• Identify repeat issues and help drive basic automation
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in application or production support
• Basic understanding of programming concepts
• Experience with Python and Java
• Ability to read and understand existing code and make small changes
• Database experience (any database), including basic querying or data updates
• Experience working with ticketing systems
• Strong communication skills with customers
Preferred:
• AWS experience is a plus, but not required
