Duration: Long term Contract
Must have skills: ServiceNow or some ticketing system. Must have experience with prod Support.
Look for 1 to 3 years of total experience only.
Job Description:
We are looking for someone to be part of our Application Support Team. Following are key requirements:
  1. Some experience in doing Application Support.
  2. Knowledge of some programming language and SDLC
  3. Experience with Service Now
  4. Preferring computer science graduate
  5. Ability to work in shifts and/or be on call outside US business hours.
  6. Ability to quickly triage and react to incoming incidents and route them to appropriate party.
