About the Firm:

Our client is a top-tier global law firm recognized for its expertise in multiple legal disciplines. The Washington, D.C. office handles high-profile government and corporate matters, particularly in regulatory and antitrust areas. The firm fosters a supportive, collaborative culture with an emphasis on professional growth and client service.


Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

The lateral associate will work on antitrust-related legal matters, including advising clients on compliance with antitrust laws, handling investigations, litigation support, and transactional reviews. The role includes conducting legal research, drafting memoranda and pleadings, participating in client meetings, and collaborating with senior attorneys and partners.


Required Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Admission or eligibility to practice law in Washington, D.C.
  • Relevant experience in antitrust law practice or related regulatory matters
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills and client focus


Additional Preferred Skills:
