Job Description:
The Segment Manager supports the development and execution of marketing and sales initiatives that drive growth within targeted channels and customer segments. This position helps ensure consistent execution, alignment with broader business objectives, and the delivery of high-quality marketing tools to support dealers, builders, and internal partners.
Key Areas of Responsibilities:
  • Executes segment-specific marketing and sales programs that support strategic and channel partner initiatives.

  • Conducts market and competitive research to inform segment strategies, product positioning, and program opportunities.

  • Supports the development and maintenance of sales enablement materials, including segment presentations, product guides, training tools, and marketing collateral.

  • Tracks program KPIs, adoption metrics, and performance dashboards to support reporting and continuous improvement.

  • Works cross-functionally with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product Management) to gather information and ensure alignment across channel initiatives.

  • Maintain an organized repository of program resources, sales presentations, and field-facing materials for easy internal and external access.

  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance partner experience and elevate segment performance.

  • Coordinates logistics for meetings, trainings, and presentations, ensuring materials, content, and communication are delivered accurately and on time.

Job Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
  • Required: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Required: 5+ years of experience in sales support, marketing, customer support, or channel-related roles
  • Understanding of residential construction, dealer networks, or commercial water treatment solutions is helpful but not required
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate research into actionable insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable creating customer-facing materials
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word); experience with CRM or project management tools preferred
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Collaborative mindset, adaptable, and motivated to support a growing segment
