In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive downstream marketing strategies that accelerate growth for Pivotal Health Solutions. This role serves as the commercial marketing leader for the business, translating business objectives into actionable marketing initiatives that generate demand, strengthen customer engagement, increase market share, and support profitable revenue growth. Working cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales, Operations, and Engineering, this individual owns the commercialization strategy for existing products and new product launches throughout the product lifecycle. The Segment Marketing Manager becomes an internal expert with customers, competitors, clinical applications, and buying behaviors, ensuring Pivotal Health Solutions maintains a leadership position within its target markets.

Essential Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesDownstream Marketing Strategy
  • Develop and execute annual downstream marketing plans aligned with revenue and profitability objectives.
  • Own the go-to-market strategy for all Pivotal products
  • Build commercialization plans for new product introductions, product refreshes, and lifecycle management initiatives.
  • Develop market segmentation strategies that prioritize high-value customers and growth opportunities.
  • Create annual marketing calendars supporting product launches, promotions, digital campaigns, trade shows, and customer events.
Commercial Execution
  • Drive demand generation programs that create qualified leads for the sales organization.
  • Develop integrated marketing campaigns utilizing digital marketing, email automation, social media, print, video, webinars, and industry publications.
  • Develop promotional programs that increase customer acquisition, retention, and product utilization.
  • Measure campaign effectiveness and continuously optimize marketing ROI.
Sales Enablement
  • Equip the sales team with best-in-class selling tools including: Product presentations Competitive comparison guides Product brochures Conduct regular product and market training for the sales organization.
  • Gather feedback from Sales to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
Product Commercialization
