Security Manager Job Summary:  
We’re seeking motivated individuals -- people that are interested in developing a long-term career in the security field. This is for a Manager role at a high-profile location, where professionalism, situational awareness, and presentation are essential.

Security Manager Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide a welcoming environment and provide needed services for guests
  •  Ensure security officers are on post, in proper uniform and following post orders.
  • Ensure proper enforcement of policies and protocols of United Security Services and those of our clients.
  •  Intervenes, when necessary, in resolving personnel problems and guides counseling of security
  • Ensures the efficient, effective, and compliant operations of designated site.
  • Perform a variety of security checks and follow post orders as directed by the establishment
  • Scheduling
  • Payroll and recruitment duties 
  • Other responsibilities may apply

Security Manager Requirements:

  • PERC Card required
  • Willingness to submit to a background check
  • Some Managerial experience required (preferably in hospitality or security. Previous law enforcement or military experience is suitable as well)
  • Ability to stand up and walk for 8 hours
  • Ability to lead and train Security Guards
  • Some flexible availability- shift hours may vary due to occupancy and needs
