Job Title: Security Account Manager

Job Type: Full-time (Must Be Able To Start Immediately)

Location: Austin, TX

Salary: $70,000 Yearly Salary

Job Description:

We are seeking to hire a full-time Security Manager to join our team. The selected individual will be responsible for overseeing 20+ security officers at one of our high rise locations in the Austin area. The ideal candidate must have prior supervisory experience overseeing multiple officers and have great written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the day-to-day security operations for the organization and/or company.
  • Enforce security policies, property rules and regulations that will ensure the safety of our employees.
  • Train security staff on security protocols, emergency procedures, and crisis management to enhance security awareness and preparedness.
  • Create reports for management on security status.
  • Ensure the safety of all personnel and visitors.
  • Maintain accurate records of security incidents, investigations, and corrective actions taken to address security breaches and violations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have a valid driverโ€™s license
  • Must have a valid level II Texas security license
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience
