Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with clients to establish technology solutions at business and technical level.
  • Help to build client relationships and participate in business development and proposal work.

Requirements:
  • Experience with the use of Search and website analytic tools, e.g. Endeca workbench, SOLR UI, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Webtrends & standard website measurement terminology
  • Experience with databases (RDBMS) and exposure to Big Data
  • Proven critical thinking, quantitative and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to influence key business decisions through analyses and user insight studies
  • Ability to convey complex analytics in an understandable way to senior leadership levels
  • Customer journey optimization based on internal and external search keyword ranking and pathing
  • Internal/site search: Ability to drive insights and recommend changes to search algorithms including ranking and sorting of search results
  • Ability to drive opportunity costs for null searches to $ value realization through data analysis and research
  • Experience with report and dashboard design
  • Experience with constructing analyses independently and proactively
  • Familiar with functionalities and features for internal search (Digital Site search functions)
