Job Overview:
Mason Interactive is seeking a Paid Search Manager to own day-to-day campaign management and tactical execution. Reporting to the Supervisor or Associate Director of Paid Search, you'll drive performance through innovative, data-driven strategies that deliver real results for our clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own Campaign Operations: Manage daily paid search activities, ensure strategic alignment, maintain quality standards, and monitor performance against KPIs.
  • Execute Strategic Plans: Translate media strategies into effective paid search campaigns. Balance performance goals with budget constraints through smart targeting, bidding, and optimization.
  • Master Platform Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of search platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising), stay current on features and policies, and drive innovation.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Client Services, SEO, and Analytics to integrate paid search into broader strategies. Communicate needs clearly and respond promptly to requests.
  • Analyze Performance: Review campaign data regularly, identify trends and optimization opportunities, and deliver clear, data-driven recommendations.
  • Adhere to Processes: Follow established workflows, maintain documentation, update Monday.com throughout the day, and report time accurately in Harvest daily.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing/agency setting with paid search campaign management.
  • Minimum 1 years of direct client account management/ownership experience.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and keyword research tools (Google Keyword Planner, SEMRush).
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to evaluate marketing metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.


Preferred:

  • Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant platforms.
  • Experience supporting and training marketing team members.
  • Proven track record of growing client accounts and achieving marketing objectives.
