Job Description

As a Paid Search Manager, you will join a growing Marketing team, supporting the execution of the performance marketing strategy across North America activity.

This role encompasses paid search, paid social, and paid app activity across North American markets. You will be responsible for coordinating and supporting management of activity across Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta, Snap, TikTok, Reddit, and X.

This position requires accountability for all markets under your remit, with the aim of driving continual conversion growth. You will assume day-to-day responsibility of key platforms, overseeing implementation and performance marketing strategy, with the aim of exceeding customer acquisition and retention goals.

The salary for this role is $85,000 - $120,000 annually.

Qualifications
  • Experience within the online betting or gambling industry.
  • Experience working with enterprise level paid search and social accounts, with an agency background.
  • In depth knowledge of Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Search Ads 360, Meta, X, Snap or equivalent technologies.
  • Expertise in performance marketing metrics beyond standard CPA/ROAS.
  • Proficient in data analysis, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Proven track record of driving year-on-year growth in digital KPIs whilst working within defined budgets.
  • Understanding of advanced measurement approaches including Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), Media Mix Modelling (MMM), and Incrementality and proven ability in driving continuous improvements in marketing effectiveness.
  • Proficiency with mobile measurement partners (MMPs) such as Appsflyer, Skai, or others.
  • Strong communication, collaboration and numerical skills essential for working autonomously within a large team setting.
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask.

  • Supporting and leading marketing initiatives across departments to enhance digital output, ensuring consistency and alignment with the entire department.
  • Leading key event briefings and ensuring team readiness, preparing for high-traffic periods.
  • Working directly with dedicated account management teams of the relevant platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, X, Snap, and Apple Search Ads ensuring we are taking advantage of latest developments.
  • Working collaboratively with brand, CRM, and global marketing teams to effectively deliver across acquisition and retention strategies.
