Your Role
Are you a search marketer looking for an opportunity to drive innovation and growth in media and advertising? Are you passionate about customer marketing and optimizing media touchpoints throughout the customer journey? Now is an exciting time to join Victoria's Secret and the Media team as we grow and evolve our approach to paid media and advertising.
Your Impact
As a Paid Search Specialist, you will be responsible for hands-on management of paid search programs, campaigns, and day-to-day optimization. You will drive advancement in marketing capabilities, optimize customer engagement, and deliver effective results against key business objectives for Victoria's Secret and PINK brands.
  • Plan, execute, and analyze paid search programs and campaigns including text ads and shopping
  • Create search marketing plans supporting brand and customer marketing strategies
  • Manage multi-million-dollar budget and relationships with agencies, vendors, and publishers
  • Develop insights and actions based on qualitative and quantitative analytics
  • Stay current on the latest digital and AI marketing trends, identify new and emerging search marketing opportunities, and influence innovation

Your Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in paid search advertising in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads required
  • Experience with SA360 strongly preferred
  • Experience within an agency or retail organization strongly preferred
  • Outstanding analytical skills and strong experience in performance optimization
  • Mix of business, creative, and technical acumen
  • Flexible, curious, and critical thinker who can balance strategic thinking and tactical execution
  • Proactive self-starter who takes initiative to identify opportunities and drive work forward, often independently
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and attention to detail
  • This role can be based in either our Reynoldsburg, OH (Columbus area) or New York, NY offices
  • To best support business objectives, candidate should have the ability to check in on weekends/holidays (rotating) in addition to evening checks
  • As a hybrid role, the person in this role will be expected to be in office three days, typically between Tuesday through Thursday
  • Occasional travel involved
