Overview

The Supervisor, Search is tasked with overseeing a team of Sr. Campaign Managers and Campaign Managers in the creation, execution, reporting, and optimization of clients' paid search campaigns. They will be responsible for a strong attention to process and detail and applying it towards a best-in-class search program that meets or exceeds client objectives. Alongside the Director, the Supervisor will serve as a primary day to day point of contact to address strategy & performance for clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, manage, optimize, and report out on search campaign performance against client goals across Google, Bing, and Pinterest
  • Assume accountability and ownership of campaign execution from start to finish
  • Compile recommendations for advancing client search strategy based on reporting, analysis, and trends
  • Attend weekly client status meetings, provide status of Search projects, updates, and recommendations
  • Adopt & ensure established Search account processes & industry/agency best practices are being utilized
  • Maintain accountability for QA procedures across all client deliverables including campaign launches and reports
  • Delegate projects across the team as needed while investing in the development of junior team members
  • Partner with Director to establish vendor relationships, develop team processes, and fuel agency innovation
  • Collaborate closely with direct reports and peers to master, identify, and communicate search and client trends
  • Ensure fiscal accountability for proper investment of media dollars as outlined in agency IOs
  • Participate in billing and forecasting exercises for senior management, including monthly client actualization
  • Embrace and encourage a culture based on teamwork, collaboration, and intellectual curiosity
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, concentration in business, marketing, or advertising preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in Paid Search
  • Deep knowledge of ad serving platforms (i.e. SA360) and online analytic solutions (i.e. Google Analytics)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and balance multiple tasks
  • Profficiency in Microsoft Office with intermediate understanding of Excel and PowerPoint
