Job description

Who We Are
At Nuvo Solutions, we manage wireless devices, fleet tracking, and mobile expenses for field service businesses so they can focus on running their companies.
Our Vibe
We are casual, highly collaborative, and deeply proud of our team culture. We are a group of dedicated professionals who come together to work hard, support each other, achieve our goals, and go home. We value performance, mutual respect, and a drama-free environment.
The Immediate Reality (Why We Need You)
Let's cut to the chase and talk about our Day One fires: To make sales, we need to book appointments. To book appointments, we need qualified sales leads.
That is exactly where you come in. We are looking for an energetic, relentless SDR who can step in immediately and become the engine that drives our sales pipeline. Your primary mission is to find the people who need our solutions and get them on the calendar.
What "Crushing It" Looks Like
We aren't going to micromanage your daily activity metrics if the results speak for themselves. "Crushing it" in your first 90 days looks like this:
  • You are consistently booking 10 to 15 qualified appointments per week.
  • You are willing to make as many cold calls or door-to-door visits as it takes to hit that target.
  • You possess that "secret element"-you are simply wired to engage with potential clients, turn cold outreach into warm conversations, and gracefully handle rejection.

Day-to-Day Logistics
  • Work Environment: This role is 100% on-site at our office in Clayton, NC.
  • The Tech Stack: You will run your day out of Zoho One and Google Workspace. You will be responsible for keeping your pipeline clean, your notes detailed, and your calendar organized.
  • Collaboration: You will report directly to the Sales Development Coordinator, working closely with them to refine your pitch, share feedback from the front lines, and celebrate your wins.

Who You Are (Our Core Values)
At Nuvo Solutions, we hire, fire, and promote based on our core values. To thrive in this role, you must:
  • Be Accountable: Own your numbers, your pipeline, and your mistakes.
  • Always Deliver Quality: In every call, email, and internal interaction.
  • Always Be Courteous: Professionalism is non-negotiable, even when a prospect says no.
  • Be Tenacious: You have the grit to keep dialing, keep knocking, and keep pushing through obstacles.
  • Serve Others First: Approach sales from a place of solving problems for our clients, not just making a quota.
  • Be Socially Responsible: Care about the impact you leave on your team and your community.
  • Have a Grow or Die Mentality: You are highly coachable, constantly learning, and always looking for ways to sharpen your skills.

Ready to get started? If you are hungry, driven, and ready to join a team that plays to win, we want to talk to you. Apply today and let's get building.
