We are seeking motivated and professional Outbound Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to help expand our outbound business development efforts and generate qualified sales opportunities.
This is a remote, performance-based opportunity designed for self-motivated professionals who are comfortable with outbound outreach, relationship-building, and consultative B2B sales.

Many SDRs within the broader Best.Energy partner network begin by producing approximately 20–25 qualified meetings per month, with experienced performers often doubling this - giving the approximate annual earnings range of $75,000 to $125,000.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
• Prospect commercial and industrial businesses through phone, email, LinkedIn, networking, and outbound outreach
• Identify and engage facility managers, operations leaders, ownership groups, and other decision-makers
• Schedule qualified meetings with prospective customers
• Maintain accurate outreach and pipeline activity records
• Collaborate on outreach messaging and sales process improvements
• Represent the company professionally in all communications
TRAINING & SUPPORT PROVIDED:
• Onboarding and sales process guidance
• Messaging and outreach support with pre-existing templates
• Ongoing collaboration and coaching
• Access to numerous sales and marketing materials, customer case studies, and other company resources
• Continued refinement of outreach processes and targeting
IDEAL BACKGROUND:
Experience in any of the following areas is helpful but not required:
• B2B sales
