The primary purpose of the Sales Development Representative will be to be responsible for generating new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients, qualifying their needs, and scheduling sales appointments.

No problem. As a Sales Development Representative, you will: Prospect and identify potential leads through research, outbound calls, emails, and other channels, targeting specific industries and market segments. Initiate and engage in conversations with decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their business challenges and needs.

Qualify leads based on established criteria, ensuring they meet the qualifications for our software solutions. Conduct initial needs assessments and product demonstrations, highlighting the value and benefits of our SaaS products. Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads and provide necessary background information.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and activities in the CRM system. Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to further qualify opportunities for the Sales Team. Participate in ongoing sales training and development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Provide valuable feedback to the Marketing and Product teams based on insights gained from lead interactions. Meet or exceed assigned quotas for lead generation and appointment setting. Other duties as assigned This position may require occasional travel All other duties as assigned This position follows established policies and procedures to keep confidential information secure.

A great fit for this position has: Prefer a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales development or outbound prospecting role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with potential clients. Persistent and resilient with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.

Strong time management and organizational skills to effectively manage lead outreach and follow-up. Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools. Ability to quickly learn and articulate the value proposition of our SaaS products.

Proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude. Familiarity with SaaS products and cloud-based technologies is advantageous.
