The primary function of this position is to service inbound/outbound sales-related inquiries with a focus on engaging and qualifying all prospective customers.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will: Research and build new and existing accounts via adding contacts, outbound calling efforts, and sending strategic email and social campaigns Engage current users to expand awareness, educate, ask for referrals, identify new opportunities, and develop account intelligence Schedule discovery calls and demonstrations for the sales team Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas including product Respond to all inbound leads and complete tasks in a timely manner Consistently meeting or exceeding targets and KPI's Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas including product Work closely with closers and product specialists to provide the most qualified prospects Other duties as necessary or assigned This position follows established policies and procedures to keep confidential information secure.
