Sales Development Representative (SDR)

A lot of sales opportunities are won or lost in the follow-up. We're looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable helping clients qualify leads and move promising opportunities forward.


What is the pay?

  • $55,000 - $68,000 per year, based on experience
  • Individual performance-based bonus up to 10% of salary
  • Company performance-based bonus up to 10% of salary

What will I be doing?

  • Following up with leads who have responded to outreach, shown interest, or been passed along through the sales process
  • Engaging leads through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to continue conversations and assess fit
  • Asking qualifying questions to understand interest, need, timing, and readiness based on client criteria
  • Identifying which leads are ready to move forward and which require additional follow-up
  • Nurturing promising leads through consistent, organized follow-up across assigned client accounts
  • Booking meetings for the client sales team or handing off fully qualified opportunities as directed
  • Updating client CRM records with lead activity, qualification details, follow-up tasks, and next steps to help keep opportunities moving through the pipeline
  • Preparing lead summaries, qualification updates, and other recurring reports for clients as needed
  • Using AI-powered software and sales automation tools to complete work faster and more accurately
  • Following established processes to deliver consistent, high-quality sales support

What are the requirements?

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational, task management, and follow-through skills

What additional qualifications could I have?

  • 1+ year experience in sales development, outside sales, inside sales, or related sales support experience
