Job description

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE To generate qualified discovery calls for the Virtual Coworker sales team through strategic LinkedIn outreach and targeted phone follow-up. The SDR owns the top of the pipeline - identifying the right prospects, making the first contact, and booking the conversation. The sales team takes it from there.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Research and qualify 15-20 target prospects daily using LinkedIn Sales Navigator Send 50-65 personalised LinkedIn connection requests per week - tailored to each prospect's industry and role Follow up with a phone call via Google Voice within 48 hours of sending LinkedIn message Execute 150-200 outbound dials per week - warm follow-ups first, then targeted cold outreach Manage the full 4-touch sequence per prospect (2 LinkedIn + 2 calls) then archive Log every touch and outcome in Zoho CRM same-day without exception Submit a weekly pipeline report to Transition Manager every Monday by 9:00 AM PH time Book qualified discovery calls into the sales team's calendar A/B test message variations and feed learnings back to the team
