Job description

Account Executive | AI-Enabled Hospitality SaaS | NYC (Hybrid)

We're representing a well-funded, Series D SaaS company modernizing hotel operations and guest experience through cloud-based, AI-powered technology. With a strong foothold in the market and an aggressive growth mandate, they're scaling their commercial team to capture significant untapped territory across the U.S.

This is a high-velocity, high-reward closing role for an AE who thrives on volume, owns their process end-to-end, and wants real upside with a clear path to promotion.

  • Location: New York City | Hybrid (3 days in-office)
  • Base Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 / OTE: $140,000 - $150,000+ (uncapped commission)
  • Equity: Day-one equity stake
  • Benefits: Full benefits package

What's in it for you?

  • Earning potential: Uncapped commission with a strong base and realistic OTE well above market for the segment
  • Pipeline support: 70% of leads generated by a dedicated BDR team and inbound marketing -- you're walking into real pipeline
  • Equity: Every AE receives equity on day one
  • Mobility: Proven promote-from-within culture -- multiple team members have moved from SMB to Mid-Market to Enterprise
  • Product: Multi-product SaaS platform with strong retention, meaningful expansion opportunity, and AI-driven automation built in
  • Stability: Well-funded company with consistent quota attainment history across the team

What will your day look like?

  • Owning a full sales cycle: From outreach to close, you run the deal -- no hand-holding, no SE dependency
  • Running high-volume demos: 8-12 per week; you present, you demo, you close
  • Generating pipeline: Supplementing BDR-driven leads with 25-30% self-sourced activity
  • Selling into independent and regional hospitality operators across a wide-open U.S. territory
  • Managing a book post-close: You own the relationship after the deal, then expand it

Who are you?

  • 1.5-2+ years of net new SaaS closing experience -- majority must be new logo, not upsell/expansion
  • Demo-ready: You can run a product demo independently, start to finish
  • Velocity-oriented: Comfortable with short cycles, high weekly activity, and consistent monthly closes
  • Pipeline builder: You know how to self-source and don't rely solely on inbound
  • 100%+ quota attainment on record
  • Hospitality or property tech background is a strong differentiator -- not required, but valued
  • Not a fit: One-call-close backgrounds, founding AE roles, or purely transactional sales experience
