Lightspeed is looking for a Strategic Implementation Consultant to help high-value hospitality clients in the Benelux successfully implement our POS and SaaS solutions. If you’re passionate about hospitality tech, project management, and delivering real impact for enterprise customers, we want to hear from you!

Your Role:

  • Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation for strategic and enterprise clients
  • Deliver a white-glove, high-touch experience
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute go-lives, on-site training, and support
  • Act as a trusted product and technical advisor
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams to resolve escalations
  • Keep clients engaged, satisfied, and transactional through proactive follow-ups
  • Maintain clear implementation documentation and process guides

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in B2B, client-facing roles
  • Background in hospitality, retail, or project management
  • Fluent in Dutch and French (spoken & written)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with POS or SaaS platforms
  • Understanding of SaaS customer lifecycle and sales processes
