Prior experience in software or SaaS sales is a plus but not required-what matters most is your ability to prospect strategically, communicate effectively in both German and English, and thrive in an outbound environment.
What You'll Do
Drive outbound prospecting efforts across German-speaking and EMEA enterprise accounts through phone, email, and social channels.
Research and identify key decision-makers within target organizations and tailor outreach to their business challenges.
Create qualified sales opportunities by articulating the value of Bizagi's AI-powered process automation platform.
Collaborate closely with Account Executives to develop account strategies and transition qualified opportunities into the sales pipeline.
Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, and CRM systems.
Represent Bizagi professionally in all customer interactions, positioning the company as a trusted partner in digital transformation.
What We're Looking For
Fluency in both German and English (spoken and written) is required.
Interest or early experience in business development, outbound sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles.
Exposure to SaaS, software, or technology solutions is a strong plus.
