Job description

We are currently seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative to join the team at our Chandler office, conveniently situated in the vibrant downtown area. This is a non-remote, in-office position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire in-depth knowledge about Lotlinx products and services.
  • Identify and engage with prospective customers through effective lead generation and conversion strategies.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to attract potential buyers and solicit new customers.
  • Build and nurture relationships with new leads and past customers.
  • Highlight product features and dealer value propositions.
  • Present product information to customers effectively.
  • Schedule closing meetings for sales representatives.
  • Conduct regular follow-up calls or emails.
  • Collaborate with sales executives to ensure goals and targets are met.
  • Work closely with colleagues from different teams.
  • Contribute to sales team efforts in territory planning and strategy.
  • Maintain meticulous records of communication with clients using our CRM.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred but not required)
  • Automotive sales experience (preferred but not required)
  • 1-2 years of cold calling, SDR, or B2B sales experience. (preferred but not required)
  • CRM experience (preferred but not required)
  • Experience in selling technology and/or software (preferred but not required)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoom, Google Apps, Outreach, Slack (preferred but not required)

$60,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions.
