Reporting to the Scheduling Manager, our Scheduling Supervisor leads, guides, and directs a team of 10+ employees.  The Scheduling Supervisor ensures all measure and service milestones are met in adherence to company timelines and project/product guidelines.
 
The position is in-office, M-F, however, has potential for a hybrid schedule - depending on operational need.
Core Role Responsibilities
  • Reviews staffing assignments for scheduling efforts related to post-sale activities including measurement, services following installations, and warranty appointments
  • Assists with onboarding programming; leads new and ongoing training for team
  • Monitors dashboards, reports, calendars and pipelines to confirm both internal and external resources are maximized to ensure project efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Works with manager to ensure effective performance management of team; identifies opportunities and makes recommendations for resolution
  • Provides feedback on the efficiency of existing related technology
  • Creates a comprehensive staffing schedule to ensure all markets are properly covered during expected hours of operations
  • Serves as subject matter expert in scheduling processes in CRM and related systems; participates in the improvement, maintenance, and upgrades of related systems and processes
  • Presents and trains to project processing changes provided to the stakeholders within the scheduling team
  • Identifies significant trends and areas for management attention, indicators of business activity and other analysis and reporting to management  
Basic Qualifications
  • High School degree or GED
  • 3+ years’ experience in scheduling-related work; home improvement or similar industry preferred
Preferred Qualifications
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Proficiency in D365 preferred
  • Demonstrated expertise in customer relationship management and/or route optimization
  • Demonstrated ability in a high-volume, high-stress environment
  • Evidence of continuing education in leadership and business management preferred
