MIGSO-PCUBED is looking for an experienced and passionate Scheduling Consultant with industry experience to join our team and support our engagements. This position will be hybrid with 2-3 days a week in Zebulon, NC.

Experiencing a growth period in our New York hub, we are looking for a passionate individual to join the team.


What You’ll Do


As a Scheduling Consultant, you will work within our global team of Project Management Consultants to deliver value. You will engage with key stakeholders and represent the MP brand. This role will have a strong focus on client delivery, with the opportunity to vary your experience and support our top engagements as part of our NY hub. Your responsibilities will be to:


  • Challenge and validate schedules provided by external contractors and engineering office (Design – Construction – Commissioning)
  • Integrate Customer schedules with EPCM contractor schedules to create a unified project timeline
  • Regularly monitor project progress against the established schedule and report any discrepancies or delays to the Project Manager
  • Conduct schedule analysis to identify the critical path and optimize project timelines
  • Provide regular status updates and progress reports to the Project Manager and other stakeholders
  • Participate in risk management exercises to assess the schedule impact of identified risks and develop mitigation plans


As a consultant, you will deliver expertise, adapt to new environments, and be able to work within a team. You will represent our brand on client-sites and, thanks to the materials that we provide, you will be prepared to support our engagements. Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 6–10 years of experience in project scheduling and/or project controls.
  • Proficiency with scheduling software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Experience in industries such as construction, engineering, energy, or infrastructure projects.
  • Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMI-SP, PMP) or scheduling (e.g., PSP) is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of cost control software or tools.
