Right at Home Mid-Ohio Valley is growing, and we’re actively interviewing for a Scheduler to join our office team!

We are a locally owned and operated home care company known for our exceptional team culture. We’re looking for someone who is organized, confident, quick-thinking, and a true people person who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate caregiver schedules and client coverage

  • Create strong caregiver/client matches

  • Communicate with caregivers, clients, and our office team

  • Quickly problem-solve call-offs and scheduling changes

  • Monitor our live schedule and assist with daily office operations

  • Participate in an on-call rotation outside normal office hours
