Scheduling Administrator - Health Conservation, Inc.
Rockford, Illinois
HCI is a national provider of mobile occupational health screening services to corporations across the United States.
Job Summary
This position's primary responsibility is to schedule an annual on-sight visit to HCI's various clients for audiometric/PFT/FIT/Vision testing services in coordination with the Scheduling Manager. This would be a great fit for individuals who are very detail-oriented and who would enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment. This position has regular contact with clients and would be best suited for individuals with excellent customer services skills. This position reports directly to Director of Logistics and Fleet Operations.
Responsibilities and Duties
  • Review details from last years appointment
  • Review tentative plan for this years visit. If any issues identified, resolve with Scheduling Manager prior to contacting customer
  • Call clients to sell optimal dates based on logistics while adhering to DOT hours of operation
  • Revise the date of service, if required by the client with approval from Scheduling Manager
  • Serve as a liaison between HCI and the Mobile Van Technicians
  • Work with the Scheduling QA Manager to resolve any problems

Qualifications and Skills
  • Ability to establish priorities and complete goals
  • Must be organized, detailed, and multi-task orientated
  • Must be comfortable with proof-reading and error correction
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good computer skills required - Excel, Outlook, Word
  • Excellent customer relations skills
  • Willing to work overtime as-needed
