Summary
The Dispatch Support Agent will join a dynamic team dedicated to ensuring that client adheres to regulatory requirements and efficiently manages customer workload. This temporary position will provide vital administrative support to the team.
This is a hybrid role requiring 1 to 3 days on-site each week at the Green Lane office. The position is initially a six-month contract with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs.
Shift: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM EST
Requirements
- Confident making clear, professional calls to schedule customer appointments.
- Skilled at managing schedules, permits, and system updates on time.
- Able to stay organized and prioritize tasks in a busy setting
- Experience with office support and general admin duties.
- Comfortable handling records, paperwork, and data entry.
- Accurate when entering information into scheduling systems.
