Job description

Salesforce Lead / Architect

Neet both full time and contract candidates. You will partner with teams across our enterprise business (Sales, Services, Support, Operations, Product) to design and deliver a clean ecosystem of tools centered around Salesforce. We've built a foundation- and your vision and execution will evolve our Salesforce org to fuel our growth from upstart to market leader.

What You'll Do
  • Take a product management approach to delivering new features + automation, unlocking more time for our team to focus on strategic work
  • Define the roadmap for the Salesforce + friends ecosystem and set track against target metrics so that we can measure success
  • Deliver and refine features across Sales Cloud, CPQ, PSA, Client Health, Service Cloud, Communities (Experience Cloud), Knowledge
  • Automate. Innovate. Kill spreadsheets!
  • Enable strategic, data driven teams across the Enterprise org through clean configuration and a comprehensive set of integrations btw key platforms
  • Partner with Finance, Legal, IT, Marketing and other groups around to help them leverage Salesforce and data from the platform
  • Ensure key workflows such as quote-to-cash, customer support / self help, professional services automation and client health tracking are efficient and clean
  • Deliver clever, effective solutions to tricky problems. Find the right mix of rolling up your sleeves and delegating / managing third parties
What You Have
  • 10+ overall experience with 5+ years hands on experience designing, configuring and integrating Salesforce + related systems
  • Experience operating in and building an auditable and compliant software ecosystem
  • Experience working in or with a high growth, global tech company
  • Experience working with / managing contractors or technical resources
  • Nice to have: iPaas, PSA, CPQ, marketing automation, Apex/custom component exp
