Salesforce Business Systems Analyst
Location: Las Vegas, Nevada (Remote)
Role Overview
We are seeking a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to support a Salesforce Revenue Cloud initiative. In this role, you will translate business requirements into technical requirements for the internal delivery team. This position will support the enhancement of customer-specific pricing following the completion of Phase 1, which included opportunities, quoting, pricing, product setup, and approvals.
Key Responsibilities
  • Translate business requirements into technical delivery narratives, including mock-ups and field requirements.
  • Gather requirements and manage relationships with developers, testers, and business stakeholders.
  • Perform Salesforce project requirements definition, documentation, and validation through production installation.
* Handle minor Salesforce customizations and configuration work.
  • Conduct data cleanup and data management activities.
  • Collaborate with the development team to understand and document technical documentation.
  • Serve as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization to provide technical solutions.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience as a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst.
  • Experience with CPQ platforms is required (Salesforce CPQ or others are acceptable).
  • Experience with Salesforce administration, including product setup and configuration.
  • Experience gathering requirements and managing stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in medium to large enterprise IT environments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce Revenue Cloud experience is preferred.
  • Salesforce Admin Certification is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence.
