Job Summary:
Delta Faucet Company is a leader in the plumbing industry, committed to transforming everyday experiences with water through innovative products and exceptional service. They are seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to lead engagements in developing roadmaps and building solutions in the B2B and B2B2C space, while collaborating with channel partners and ensuring alignment with IT's enterprise architecture standards.
Responsibilities:
• Solution Design: Create scalable, sustainable, and secure application solutions across multiple Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, Data 360, etc.).
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to business partners to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Technical Leadership: Oversee solutioning by development teams, providing guidance on best practices, data modeling, automation (Flows), and API integrations.
• Documentation & Governance: Document architecture designs, maintain technical documentation, and ensure adherence to standards to minimize technical debt.
• Prototyping: Build prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate solutions.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including declarative configuration and programmatic development.
• Strong experience in Data Modeling, Security & Sharing, Automation (Flows), Lightning Experience, and Integration patterns (APIs).
• Ability to design, map, and implement solutions that align with long-term business goals.
• 5+ years of experience in implementation, with 3+ years in a Solution Architect role.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years’ experience in crafting, delivering, and developing technical solutions to support business process and organization change.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage generative AI across varying toolsets to increase efficiencies while maintaining brand, privacy and governance standards.
• Creative and critical thinking, problem solving, business case development and achievement.
• Experience working with external partners, including systems integrators and contractors.
• Proven ability to implement new standards and processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to understand technical information and translate that information to users.
• Executes responsibilities with limited oversight required.
