About The Role
CloudMasonry helps clients get real value from Salesforce, and our Managed Services team is how that continues after go-live. We work as an extension of our clients' teams, supporting their Salesforce environments day-to-day and helping them keep improving over time.
As a Senior Consultant on this team, you will be the technical point of contact. You will set and meet objectives, maintain quality and control across the work, handle client and vendor conversations directly, and serve as the subject matter expert your clients rely on. You'll also partner closely with Business Analysts, who translate what users need into changes the team can build.
We are looking for someone detail-oriented and comfortable coordinating resources across concurrent workstreams, who works well as part of a team. Hands-on Salesforce experience is required. Salesforce certifications or demonstrated success on Trailhead are viewed very favorably.
This role is based in Indianapolis, with in-office collaboration Monday through Thursday and a work-from-home option on Fridays. Occasional travel may be required.
Key Responsibilities
  • The ability to build and maintain a backlog of enhancements based on your client's business and their needs
  • Take charge and effectively steer a minor project to success, with minimal to no guidance or oversight
  • The ability to lead a project team to deliver quality outcomes requires strong delegation skills and effective communication
  • Consulting clients on solutions that meet their business needs and getting buy-in from various stakeholders to proceed with the implementation of those solutions
  • Develop & track backlog progression and share that information in a timely and meaningful manner to allow clients to make informed decisions
  • Anchoring client engagements by developing a deep understanding of the client's organization and building trust with the people involved
  • Facilitate Quarterly Planning Sessions with each client's stakeholders to review the progress of work to date, review next quarter's roadmap, and prioritize any new initiatives.
  • Experience in project management as a project manager.
  • Significant expertise in developing and implementing solutions using Salesforce
