Description Revely

Revely is a fast-growing Salesforce partner consulting firm. We help sales, marketing, service, and data leaders get more out of the Salesforce platform than they thought possible.

Our team of strategists and technologists is rewriting what great Salesforce delivery looks like, and we're looking for our next great teammate to help us do it.

The job of the Marketer has never been harder, and the technology service landscape can be short on genuinely great service. We help Marketers, brands, and business leaders harness everything today's advanced technology can do, including Salesforce's newest AI and agentic capabilities, to create experiences that actually drive results. We do it by hiring sharp, experienced Salesforce Marketers and giving them real room to operate as a genuine extension of our clients' teams.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant

We're looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to join our delivery team. You'll own the strategy, solution design, and delivery across a portfolio of Revely marketing-cloud client accounts, working daily with client marketing stakeholders to solve real campaign, journey, and lifecycle marketing challenges on Salesforce. We expect you to be able to run with it. We also make sure you're never running alone: there's always a teammate, a mentor, or a next certification to help you level up.

What You'll Own
  • Serve as the primary Salesforce Marketing Cloud advisor across your portfolio of client accounts, owning each relationship from discovery through delivery. You're able to run solo, backed by a team that's got you
  • Collaborate with client marketing stakeholders and Revely teammates to translate campaign and lifecycle goals into practical, well-architected solutions across Marketing Cloud Engagement, Marketing Cloud Next, and Account Engagement (Pardot)
  • Design and build multi-channel customer journeys, automations, and segmentation using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio, or their equivalents in Marketing Cloud Next
  • Evaluate where Agentforce and other AI-driven personalization or automation can responsibly extend a client's marketing program, and scope and build those solutions where appropriate. This is a standard part of the role, not a specialty add-on
  • Write and troubleshoot AMPScript and SQL, and configure Marketing Cloud Connect, to support advanced personalization and data needs
  • Lead campaign QA, deliverability checks, and data validation to ensure sends and journeys perform reliably
  • Provide hands-on training and enablement to marketing end users to drive adoption and self-sufficiency
  • Maintain clear, proactive communication with all project stakeholders, including status reporting and risk escalation
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior teammates supporting your accounts
  • Stay current on Marketing Cloud and broader Salesforce platform releases, serving as a trusted advisor on future roadmap and enhancement opportunities
  • Maintain accurate, current documentation across internal and client-facing systems
What You Bring
  • A proven track record independently delivering Salesforce Marketing Cloud work, whether implementations, campaign builds, or ongoing managed services, for mid-market to enterprise clients
  • Required or in-progress certifications: Marketing Cloud Administrator and Marketing Cloud Consultant
  • Certifications that strengthen your candidacy: Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Consultant (Pardot), Marketing Cloud Developer, and Agentforce Specialist
  • Strong hands-on experience across Marketing Cloud Engagement (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio), Marketing Cloud Next, and Account Engagement (Pardot)
  • Comfort configuring, troubleshooting, and advising on Agentforce agents and other AI-driven personalization as a baseline solutioning skill
  • Proficiency in AMPScript and SQL, plus experience with Marketing Cloud Connect and third-party integrations via API
  • Excellent client-facing communication and consulting skills: you can run a discovery session and defend a solution design on your own, with a team ready to weigh in whenever you want a second opinion
  • Comfort managing multiple client engagements and competing priorities simultaneously; you'll always have a portfolio of accounts, not just one
  • Prior experience partnering directly with marketing or demand-generation teams

As a Reveler, here's what you can expect:

  • Competitive salary, bonus, and benefits package, including healthcare and 401k
  • Flexible PTO
  • An ultra collaborative, fast-paced, entrepreneurial work environment with the opportunity for immediate impact
  • Continuing education and certification incentives
  • A flexible hybrid work environment
  • Opportunities to attend industry and Salesforce events
This Is You
  • You genuinely like helping people solve business problems with Salesforce, and you have a track record of exceeding client expectations
  • You're self-motivated and always chasing the next level: a new cert, a new product, a harder problem
  • You can run an account on your own, and you're just as quick to ask for help. Ego doesn't get in the way of good work
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit and want to help build a fast-growing consultancy, not just staff a project
  • You're an engaging communicator, comfortable presenting to both hands-on admins and business executives
  • You're passionate about supporting causes beyond your work, whether that's arts, culture, education, community, health, or faith
