Junior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist

We are seeking several Junior Marketing Cloud Specialist to support the development, execution, and optimization of multi-channel customer communications through Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This role will serve as a key contributor in designing and delivering personalized marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and push notification channels.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand marketing objectives and translate business requirements into Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.

Design, build, and manage email, SMS, push notification, and multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Create and maintain customer journeys, automation workflows, and audience segmentation strategies within Marketing Cloud.

Develop engaging digital marketing content and personalized customer communications.

Utilize AMPscript, SQL, and Marketing Cloud functionality to customize and optimize customer experiences.

Assist with data integration activities between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and enterprise systems using Data Sync, Data Cloud, and ETL tools.

Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and recommend optimizations to improve engagement and conversion rates.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for campaign execution and platform-related issues.

Partner with Marketing, IT, Sales, and other business teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and alignment with business goals.

Support ongoing enhancements and expansion of Marketing Cloud capabilities and best practices.

Maintain compliance with organizational standards and customer communication requirements.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a similar marketing automation platform.

Demonstrated experience supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns, including: Email Marketing, SMS Campaigns, Push Notifications.

Hands-on experience building and managing customer journeys and marketing automation workflows.

Working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud components, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio.

Experience using SQL for audience segmentation, reporting, and data management.

Familiarity with AMPscript for personalization and dynamic content generation.

Understanding of marketing analytics, customer segmentation, and campaign optimization techniques.

Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.

Experience integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with CRM, enterprise, or third-party platforms.

Knowledge of Data Sync, ETL processes, and data integration methodologies.

Familiarity with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.

Exposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Experience within financial services, lending, banking, or customer engagement environments.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Certification.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification (preferred).
