About the role

Scale Computing is looking for a Sales Operations & Renewals Coordinator to support and drive key operational initiatives across our partner and distribution ecosystem in North and South America.

This role is hands on and execution focused, with a strong emphasis on cross-functional coordination and project management. You will work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Delivery teams to improve how we operate with partners, manage post-sales deployments and product transitions, and support scalable growth across regions.

The position is based out of our Gatineau, Quebec office and requires regular in person collaboration with internal teams.



What you'll be doing

  • Review and improve sales and partner operations processes, with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and execution
  • Lead distributor and partner ecosystem initiatives, including onboarding, enablement, performance management, and restructuring when required
  • Manage and coordinate post-sales deployment projects, working across Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure timely and successful customer and partner implementations
  • Coordinate and support multi-region product transitions and migrations (SKUs, pricing changes, EOL/EOS, inventory run down)
  • Act as a central point of coordination across multiple teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment between commercial objectives and operational execution
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and operational rhythms (QBRs, tracking, follow ups) to support leadership visibility
  • Provide clear, structured analysis and recommendations to senior management
  • Support change management, documentation, and training for internal teams and partners



What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) and strong professional English communication skills
  • Direct experience working with Latin American markets and distributor or partner ecosystems
  • Experience with networking and SDWAN technologies, including platforms such as ELFIQ, Adaptiv, Palo Alto, Fortinet, or comparable solutions
  • Experience working in environments that require coordination across sales, operations, and delivery functions, including postsales activities
  • Must have at least 5 year experience in a similar role.
  • Proven ability to manage complex initiatives involving multiple teams, regions, and stakeholders

  • Experience in sales operations, business operations, or consulting style roles

Work location & presence

This is a Quebec based role, tied to Scale Computing's Gatineau office.
The successful candidate will be required to be on site a minimum of three days per week.

Ce que vous ferez

  • Reviser et ameliorer les processus lies aux operations des ventes et des partenaires, en mettant l'accent sur l'evolutivite, l'efficacite et l'execution.
    Diriger des initiatives au sein de l'ecosysteme de distributeurs et de partenaires, notamment l'integration, l'habilitation, la gestion de la performance et la restructuration lorsque necessaire.
  • Gerer et coordonner les projets de deploiement apres-vente, en travaillant avec les equipes des ventes, des operations et des finances afin d'assurer des implantations reussies et realisees dans les delais.
  • Coordonner et soutenir des transitions et migrations de produits dans plusieurs regions (SKU, changements de prix, fin de vie des produits, ecoulement des inventaires).
  • Agir comme point central de coordination entre plusieurs equipes et parties prenantes afin d'assurer l'alignement entre les objectifs commerciaux et l'execution operationnelle.
  • Creer et maintenir des tableaux de bord, rapports et cadences operationnelles (QBR, suivis, actions de relance) afin d'offrir une visibilite a la direction.
  • Fournir des analyses structurees et des recommandations claires a la haute direction.
  • Soutenir la gestion du changement, la documentation et la formation des equipes internes et des partenaires.



Profil recherche

  • Baccalaureat en administration des affaires, gestion de projet ou dans un domaine connexe (ou experience equivalente).
  • Maitrise de l'espagnol (oral et ecrit) ainsi qu'excellentes competences de communication professionnelle en anglais.
  • Experience directe des marches d'Amerique latine ainsi que des ecosystemes de distributeurs et de partenaires.
  • Experience avec les technologies de reseautique et de SD-WAN, incluant des plateformes telles qu'ELFIQ, Adaptiv, Palo Alto, Fortinet ou des solutions comparables.
  • Experience dans un environnement necessitant une coordination entre les fonctions ventes, operations et livraison, y compris les activites apres-vente.
  • Minimum de 5 annees d'experience dans un role similaire.
  • Capacite demontree a gerer des initiatives complexes impliquant plusieurs equipes, regions et parties prenantes.
