Contributes to the overall success of the Operations department ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team's business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted
are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.This role is a unique opportunity for someone interested in the operational side of the investment business at an
established and growing global investment management firm.The intern within the Operational Projects Team will be responsible for working with the Team on documenting
requirements, attending meetings, testing and other Project related activities.

    effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational, compliance,
    AML/ATF/sanctions and conduct risk.

Do you have the skills and requirements that will enable you to succeed in this role? - We'd love to work with you if:

  • You are currently enrolled in post-secondary education.
  • High-level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong customer service.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Previous experience with CRM, APX and Bloomberg is considered an asset.
