Job description

Description

The Sales Operations Coordinator works as the liaison between Sales and Operations functions to support resolution and communication for customer issues. This person will own the paperwork and data behind our retailer relationships: new item submissions, portal setup and maintenance, SKU and pricing data, promotion and forecast entry, and the materials our brokers use in the field.

Done well, this role means products hit shelf on schedule, our item and pricing data is accurate everywhere it appears, brokers are equipped, and leadership has numbers it can trust. It keeps the sales team focused on selling.

The right person wants to grow. This is built as the on-ramp to a more prominent seat on the sales team, and whoever masters it will know our retailers, our items, and our numbers better than almost anyone here.

Why Om?

At Om, we're on a mission to bring the power of functional mushrooms to people everywhere. As a leader in the wellness industry, we combine science, innovation, and nature to create products that support healthier lives.

Our culture is grounded in five core values:

  • Bold Thinking, Purposeful Action - Challenge the status quo and turn great ideas into meaningful results.
  • Open Hearts, Clear Voices - Communicate openly, assume positive intent, and value every perspective.
  • Champion Each Other's Success - Celebrate wins and support each other's growth.
  • Own It - Take accountability, stay solution-oriented, and learn from both wins and mistakes.
  • Thrive in Balance - Work hard, prioritize thoughtfully, and make space to recharge.

Responsibilities:

New item setup and retailer documentation

  • Coordinate new item setup forms, vendor onboarding, and retailer documentation
  • Manage customer setup and maintenance across retailer portals
  • Maintain SKU master data including dimensions, UPCs, case packs, and product specs
  • Coordinate digital assets for retailers

Promotions and reporting

  • Help with entering promotions and forecasts
  • Assist with post-promotion recaps
  • Prepare dashboards and other organizational tools
  • Help maintain UNFI and KeHE stock level dashboards

Broker and sales support

  • Ensure brokers have sell sheets, marketing materials, current pricing, and presentations
  • Ensure marketing and sales materials are updated when products change
  • Monitor retailer websites for pricing issues
  • Serve as the point of contact for inbound sales inquiries

Organization

  • Organize and maintain the sales SharePoint folder

Requirements

Required

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills
  • Interest in growing into a broader sales role

Preferred

  • Experience working with retailer and distributor portals
  • Familiarity with trade promotion management software
  • Background in CPG, natural, mass, or club channels
