Every role at Trove Brands is critical to our successful functioning as a whole. Your specific responsibilities as a part of Team Trove will include:

Sales & Business Analysis

Analyze sales performance, trends, and key metrics to support decision-making

Provide regular reporting and actionable insights to the Sales Account Manager

Assist in forecasting demand and identifying risks/opportunities

Forecasting & Planning

Support short- and long-term business forecasting

Help prepare for line reviews and strategic planning meetings

Item Setup & Maintenance

Manage new item setup and ensure accuracy across systems

Maintain product data and ensure alignment with Walmart requirements

Compliance & Operations

Monitor and ensure compliance with Walmart shipping and operational standards

Conduct compliance testing and resolve issues proactively

Order Management

Oversee order flow from placement through fulfillment

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate shipments

Deductions & Chargebacks

Review, research, and resolve deductions and chargebacks when needed

Identify root causes and implement preventative measures

In-Store Execution

Perform regular local store visits to assess shelf conditions, inventory levels, and execution

Provide feedback and recommendations based on store observations

Retail Readiness

Prepare materials and analysis for line reviews

Support modular reset planning and execution
