A growing food manufacturer and distributor is seeking a General Manager โ€“ Sales & Operations to oversee commercial strategy and day-to-day operations. This leader will set direction, manage performance, and guide the business through its next phase of expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate strategy into actionable growth plans.
  • Oversee operations including sales, logistics, and customer service.
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand distribution channels and market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing team.
