Job description

As the Sales Operations Director, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and streamlining our sales processes, ensuring our sales team has the tools and resources they need to succeed. You will act as a bridge between various departments, providing critical insights and fostering a collaborative environment to drive sales performance.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Support the sales team with the necessary information related to ongoing operational efforts.
  • Act as a champion for best practices in requests to Product and Engineering.
  • Manage the communication or project statuses across all departments within the organization.
  • Regularly update monthly sales goals and reports for sharing with other departments.
Data and Documentation
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership to define and maintain a shared set of operations reports, including sales performance, conversion rates, and revenue.
  • Maintain and enhance collaboration between the sales team and other departments.
  • Advocate for best practices in documenting information.
  • Proactively seek out documentation to share across the sales team.
Workflow Management
  • Maintain Sales pipelines in CRM tools.
  • Build and maintain efficient processes to allow the sales team to perform at their best.
  • Create accountability across the sales team and ensure adherence to expectations.
  • Support the VP of Sales in all reporting, data gathering, and process implementation.
Miscellaneous
  • FM is growing, and one or more of the job duties and/or responsibilities in this job description may change, as well as the job title.
  • The physical demands may include sitting, walking, bending, twisting, and lifting up to 25 pounds as needed to fulfill job duties and requirements.
Experience & Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in a sales operations role.
  • A customer service mindset and a proven track record of constantly looking for ways to make processes more efficient.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot required.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, Excel, and other standard business software.
