  • Willingness to travel as required.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Push-to-Talk over Cellular (PoC), LTE/5G integration, dispatch systems, and device ecosystems.
  • Understanding of Android OS and debugging tools.
  • Solid networking knowledge (IP, VLANs, firewalls, QoS, VPNs, routing/switching, Wi-Fi/cellular convergence).
  • Experience with DMR Tier II and Tier III technologies.
  • Exposure to mobile app development (Android/iOS), light scripting, or database organization.
  • Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving abilities.

Core Competencies

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Expert-level presentation and demo delivery skills
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts
  • Customer-first mindset with strong relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and organized, capable of managing multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • Structured, analytical thinker who can break down complex issues into actionable components

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation
  • Comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision, 401(k), etc.)
  • Career growth within a dynamic, expanding technology sector
  • Ongoing training in PoC, networking, and integrated communications solutions

If you are a technically strong, customer-focused professional who thrives on delivering impactful solutions and leading successful PoC deployments, we encourage you to apply.
