Job description

The Specialist, Sales Enablement supports the effectiveness and productivity of frontline sales teams through training, onboarding, and enablement programs. The role partners with Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, and cross-functional teams to drive adoption of tools, processes, and best practices. This position ensures consistent execution of sales enablement initiatives and continuous improvement across the assigned region.

What You Will Do
  • Execute sales enablement programs including onboarding, training, and capability development initiatives for the sales organization
  • Support rollout and ongoing adoption of sales tools, systems, and standardized processes
  • Deliver training sessions and workshops aligned to defined enablement priorities and commercial needs
  • Maintain and update enablement materials, including playbooks, training content, job aids, and communication tools
  • Partner with Sales Operations and Sales Leadership to identify capability gaps and support targeted enablement actions
  • Track and analyze enablement performance metrics, gather feedback from sales teams, and identify opportunities to improve training, tools, and programs
  • Drive continuous improvement of enablement initiatives based on adoption, participation, and performance outcomes
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure consistent execution of sales processes, messaging, and best practices across the region
What We Are Looking For
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field)
  • 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, sales operations, or sales support roles
  • Experience delivering training programs, onboarding, or capability-building initiatives
  • Exposure to sales teams and customer-facing environments preferred
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage sales teams and collaborate effectively in a matrixed environment
  • Knowledge of sales processes and enablement best practices, with the ability to translate business needs into training programs, manage projects, and leverage data to measure and improve performance
