Job Summary:
The Sales Enablement Manager drives measurable revenue growth by equipping the sales organization building the tools, content, training, and insights that help sales increase win rates, shorten sales cycles, and boost productivity. As a key partner to Sales and Go-To-Market leadership, this role ensures tight alignment between marketing strategy and sales execution, translating business priorities into actionable enablement programs that deliver results. Specifically, you will:
Key Responsibilities include:
  • Design and run enablement programs that translate business priorities into concrete sales tools, playbooks, and training curricula
  • Partner directly with Sales and GTM leadership to align marketing strategy with sales execution as the connective tissue between strategy and the field
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations to standardize processes and sharpen messaging
  • Measure what matters: track win rates, cycle time, and rep productivity, and use that data to continuously refine programs
  • Balance the long game with the short game building durable enablement infrastructure while still delivering results sales leadership can see quarter over quarter
  • Maintain up-to-date sales materials such as product data sheets, presentations, and demos that sellers can use to engage prospects and customers effectively.
  • Track and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement, adjust strategies, and measure the impact of sales enablement initiatives.
  • Identify, implement, and manage tools and technologies that help the sales team track leads, manage relationships, and close deals.

Where this role can take you
This position sits at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Product, and RevOps - giving you visibility across the entire go-to-market and sales org with direct exposure to senior leadership.
  • Broaden your GTM expertise: work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and RevOps to build the cross-functional fluency that senior GTM leaders need
  • Build a leadership track record: own programs end-to-end, from strategy to measurable business outcomes, giving you a strong case for people-management or director-level scope
  • Grow toward strategy or ops leadership: this role reports into the Director of Sales Strategy and Enablement, a natural next step for high performers who want to move from program ownership into organizational strategy

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
