Job Title: Route Sales Driver
Reports to: Route Manager
Compensation: Hourly, $16.50/hr, plus 2% sales bonus + $25 per new sign up
Summary
The Route Sales Driver provides excellent customer service delivering orders at pick up and drop off to route customers at their home or business. They are able to follow the manifest and maintain customer base while adding new customers to their route.

Daily/Routine Functions
  • Ensures route is in correct order and manifest is accurate before delivery. Checks with production for any missing orders. Ensures every customer receives a bag with delivery
  • Correctly loads vans for efficient route
  • Stops at all designated stops on manifests
  • Correctly delivers orders to customers designated delivery area
  • Pick up bags from customers designated delivery area
  • Updates and maintains manifest in correct stop order and delivery instructions, including put new customer in order in the morning before creating the manifest.
  • Completes 5 5 5 program daily while on route including, We Miss you, We Love Yous, and 5 door knocks
  • Weekly mailing of new customers welcoming them while providing service personnel to ensure routes growth and customer retention
  • Attends Wednesday sales meetings and completes door to door sales with Route Manager on Wednesdays or Saturdays
  • Maintains communication on all issues concerning vehicle maintenance
  • Comply with all traffic and personal safety guidelines.
  • Keep van neat and organized, inside and out
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift and carry ~15 lbs
  • Ability to get in and out of a vehicle frequently throughout the day
  • Comfortable working in various weather conditions
  • High energy and polished presence
  • Basic technology skills (mobile apps, scanning invoices, GPS)
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
  • Good time management and ability to follow a structured route
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
