IDEAL CANDIDATES


We are seeking passionate, service-oriented, positive and hard-working individuals with a love for health and wellness, and an excitement for hospitality.


This is Regular Full Time position with open availability Mon - Sun required. Shift times may range from 5:30am - 6:30pm.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the line lead for the Seed Kitchen, overseeing culinary production during service.

  • Lead the preparation and execution of all menu items according to recipe specifications and brand standards.

  • Conduct regular line checks and culinary audits to maintain food safety, quality, and presentation standards.

  • Collaborate with the Sous Chef on inventory management, ordering, and cost control.

  • Uphold and enforce all health department regulations and internal guidelines for food safety and sanitation.

  • Ensure food is prepared in alignment with wellness principles, with attention to nutritional balance and clean ingredients.

  • Maintain timing and consistency during service, ensuring a seamless guest experience.

  • Support the training and development of line cooks and junior kitchen staff as needed.

  • Demonstrate leadership, accountability, and a team-first mindset in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent in a high-volume, wellness-focused, or fine-dining kitchen.

  • Strong understanding of culinary techniques, health-conscious cooking, and food safety standards.

  • Ability to lead a team with professionalism, calm, and clear communication.

  • Passion for wellness, sustainability, and delivering exceptional guest experiences through food.

  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
