Job description

We are a family & friends-owned historic guest lodge in Seeley Lake, Montana. We seek an experienced Chef to join our team and help us grow. Seasons Restaurant operates year-round with fine dining and banquet events. Seeley Lake is a small mountain resort town that thrives in the Summer sun, enjoys tons of Winter snow, and slows down significantly in our shoulder seasons of Fall and Spring.

Chefs with banquet experienced preferred. Our events consist of corporate retreats, destination weddings, family reunions, and just about anything you can imagine. Buffets range from casual to full service and are usually between 25 to 150 people, with our largest being 360.

Seasons restaurant also operates a fine dining menu for breakfast, lunch & dinner with covers averaging around 80 (with room to grow) on a busy summer night.

Our beautiful 18-hole golf course location houses a deli-style snack bar.

We are looking for someone to join our team and add a creative flair to our menus. An ongoing goal of uniting team members across departments is important. We seek someone that can provide friendly, safe supervision of a hardworking crew. Applicants must be Food Manager Safety Certified. Aside from excellent culinary skills, familiarity with kitchen equipment and computers is a plus.

Compensation based on experience and growth potential.
