Job Summary

Labriola Ristorante is seeking a passionate and driven Restaurant Manager to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to step into a leadership position with a clear pathway for continued growth within our organization.

The Restaurant Manager will play a key role in supporting daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and leading front-of-house staff. This position is ideal for someone with strong service experience who is ready to further develop their leadership and management skills in a fast-paced, full-service environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise front-of-house staff to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations
  • Lead by example in delivering exceptional hospitality and customer service
  • Build strong guest relationships by engaging with customers and creating repeat clientele
  • Assist with staff training, coaching, and performance management
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally and promptly
  • Support scheduling, inventory control, and other operational tasks
  • Maintain and uphold company standards, policies, and procedures
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of serving and/or bartending experience in a full-service restaurant
  • Minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience in a full-service setting
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to stay composed under pressure and think quickly
  • Passion for hospitality, team development, and operational excellence

  • Experience opening a new restaurant concept

  • Experience with R365 and Toast POS systems
