General Manager – Leading Quick-Service Restaurant Concept

Locations: Lake City, FL or Macclenny, FL

Compensation: $55,000–$60,000 annually

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Opportunity

We're partnering with a well-established quick-service restaurant concept seeking an experienced General Manager to lead one of two high-volume locations in Northern Florida.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys developing people, driving operational excellence, and leading a fast-paced restaurant with annual sales exceeding $3 million.

What You'll Do

Operational Leadership

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of a high-volume quick-service restaurant generating more than $3 million in annual sales.
  • Ensure consistent execution of operational standards, food quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.

Financial Management

  • Own the restaurant's P&L.
  • Manage labor, food cost, inventory, and controllable expenses.
  • Drive profitability while achieving key operational metrics.

Team Development

  • Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop shift leaders and restaurant team members.
  • Foster a positive culture built on accountability, teamwork, and continuous development.

Guest Experience

  • Lead from the floor during peak business periods.
  • Ensure fast, accurate, and friendly service while maintaining high hospitality standards.

Safety & Compliance

  • Maintain food safety, sanitation, and operational compliance.
  • Ensure the restaurant consistently meets company and regulatory standards.


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or fast-food environment.
  • Proven experience managing a restaurant with $3M+ in annual sales.
  • Strong understanding of P&L management, labor scheduling, inventory, and food cost controls.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, coach, and retain high-performing teams.
  • Hands-on leadership style with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Food Safety Certification (ServSafe or equivalent) is preferred.
