  • Monitor and manage maintenance-related costs, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost savings.
  • Support internal and customer-facing performance reviews by providing data-driven insights and clear reporting on asset performance.

Essential Skills

  • Strong understanding of battery energy storage system technology, energy storage operations, and grid integration.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce or other computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) software for issue tracking and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with customers, field teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret system data, identify trends, and drive performance improvements.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority issues concurrently and deliver results under pressure.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in asset management within a technical or industrial environment.
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement practices, including Lean methodologies and root cause analysis.
  • Comfort working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, field service, supply chain, and customer support.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with customers through transparent and reliable communication.
