Job description

About Vantico Investments:

Vantico is an asset management platform that structures, manages, and scales multiple commercial real estate investment vehicles across the southeastern US. We manage several active fund vehicles including Blue Ridge Capital Fund, OVA Fund I, and a newly launching US credit vehicle. We're past the startup phase and in active institutional build-out: adding team, systems, and infrastructure to support a growing LP base and expanding fund platform.

*This is not a role for someone who needs a fully built machine to operate. It's for someone who wants to build one.

Role Overview — The Mission

Cary, NC (On-Site) | $130,000 base + performance bonus | Reports to: Managing Partner

Take ownership of Vantico's entire operational infrastructure — systems, workflows, HR processes, technology stack, and cross-departmental alignment — so the platform can scale.

What You'll Own

  • Design and implement SOPs across Business Development, Investor Relations & Marketing, and Capital Formation
  • Own CRM implementation and ongoing management (Go High Level preferred)
  • Lead technology stack evaluation and adoption (ClickUp, document management, fundraising workflow tools)
  • Manage internal HR processes: onboarding, role documentation, performance tracking
  • Build and maintain operational reporting dashboards for leadership
  • Support new fund launches and operational stand-up for new business lines
  • Keep three departments aligned, accountable, and moving without friction

You're the Right Person If You:

  • Have 3+ years of operations experience inside an asset management firm, private equity platform, or commercial real estate investment company
  • Have actually built systems and SOPs from scratch — not just maintained existing ones
  • Are comfortable operating with high autonomy and no playbook
  • Have hands-on CRM and project management tool experience (Go High Level, ClickUp, HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Understand or have worked adjacent to capital raising, fund operations, or investor relations
  • Have a low-ego, high-accountability mindset

You're Not the Right Person If You:

  • Need heavy top-down direction to execute
  • Come from a single-entity corporate environment and struggle with multi-entity complexity
  • Have only a general project management background without investment management or financial services experience

Compensation: $130,000 base salary + performance bonus tied to company results
