You work closely with Team Managers, staff, families, and providers to keep services running smoothly. What Youโ€™ll Do:

As a Residential Program Coordinator, your days will be full of connection, purpose, and impact:

  • Coordinate and monitor services, care plans, and documentation for individuals in our care
  • Supervise and support Team Managers to ensure quality, personcentered services
  • Communicate with families, providers, and staff to keep care consistent and compliant
  • Serve in the oncall rotation, responding to questions, incidents, or urgent needs

What Weโ€™re Looking For:

  • Experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities (IDD/DD), with an understanding of the value of coordinated, personcentered care
  • Confidence supervising others while managing multiple services, schedules, and priorities
  • A calm, organized, and dependable approach, especially during urgent or afterhours situations
  • A bachelorโ€™s degree in a human services field preferred (but not required), or equivalent experience, plus a valid driverโ€™s license and reliable transportation
